  • This is a pretty in depth analysis Darren.  Thanks!  Yes, I believe that social relationships is the sign of the times.  Social Media helps build your relationships and it is recognized by google.  It is a double win.  To ignore social media would be a big mistake in my opinion.  The idea of researching your audience is a very good idea.  I think it is important to connect with your audience in multiple ways as people might prefer one over another.
