I think the “Team Spirit” takes time to nurture and develop and comes about when people genuinely care about the welfare of others in their Team.

As a Leader, it also takes time to get to know a little about the people in your group in order to determine their unique capabilities and skills etc before delegating tasks that are appropriate to each individual or group.

I feel that it’s important for everyone to be assigned tasks and to feel confident in their ability to perform any such tasks .. And then it can also be to their betterment if they are required to stretch a little too sometimes.

I feel that people need to DO something positive .. no matter how small .. to contribute to the WHOLE group.

In the end I feel that people will lose their sense of empowerment when they become dependent on others/Leaders to do it all for them .. As so many programs encourage these days.

I have found that as one’s downline stays connected and works as a team (with various forms of productive activity) everyone can experience major positive changes in their downlines and ultimately EVERYONE can be successful.

However I also feel that being with the right company definitely plays a major role towards inspiring the “Team Spirit.”
